Orders over $65 Ship Free Throughout The USA

Shipping Schedule: We custom-make each item and ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. We ship through USPS 2-day Priority Mail and FedEx. You can expect your order to arrive 1-4 business days after you receive your tracking number.

If ordering for an event: Please include your event date in the notes section during checkout. We'll ship a week before your event for freshness, using USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive a few days before your event. 


We have found USPS Priority mail to be very dependable. Still, if you'd like your order to have a guaranteed 1-2 day shipping time, we recommend USPS 2-day Express at an additional charge.




Cold Weather: Remember that Succulent plants must be protected from frost; if your order will be traveling through freezing temperatures, we recommend including a 72 hr. Heat pack with your order.






Open ASAP! Please open your package as soon as it arrives and place your succulents where they will get several hours of direct sunshine every day. Succulent plants begin to lose color and shape after being in the shade or a shipping box for 4-5 days.

Tracking Your Order: You'll receive an email with your order's tracking number when we ship. If you'd like shipping updates on your package, please visit tools.usps.com. Enter your tracking number; you'll see an option to add your phone number or email address for USPS shipping progress updates.
